Shipping & Return Policy
- Orders will ship via USPS or UPS
- Once the order is shipped, we will provide you with tracking information
- Shipping cost will vary based on how quickly you would like to receive your product. You will be able to choose the option that fits your shipping needs during the checkout process. All orders over $99 (not including tax or shipping) will receive free shipping
- Orders process within 48 hours or sooner from the time you submit your order during our business hours
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If your product arrives damaged or you are unsatisfied with the product, please contact our customer services department. We will be more than happy to assist you. If your return or exchange is the result of our mistake or was damaged during transit, we will handle all costs associated with the return.
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable / Non-Refundable Merchandise: For sanitary and overall safety reasons, all consumables (products that are put to your mouth) are NOT eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges. Only if the product came damaged or defective can we process a claim.
- If your product arrives damaged, we ask that you contact us no later than 48 hours upon receipt of your product. We may follow up with you to assess the damage. We will ship your replacement as soon as possible.
- If your product is defective, please contact us no later than 3 business days upon receipt of your product. We may follow up with you to assess the product defectiveness. As the buyer, you will be responsible for shipping the defective product to us. Once we receive it and confirm it is defective, we will ship your replacement as soon as possible and refund you for the shipping via store credit.
- To return your product, please contact customer service. You have 7 business days upon receipt of your product to file for a return. As the buyer, you will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred to ship the product back to us. Please note if your package is lost during shipment to us, we cannot process your return and no credit, refund, or replacement will be issued. Therefore, we recommend that you insure your package with the carrier of your choice. Upon receipt of your return, we will make sure the product has not been opened and used. We will credit your account and the funds will be returned back to you within 3-5 business days or as soon as your bank processes the request.
- Cancellations of your order may only be processed if your item has not shipped yet. If your item ships and you would still like to cancel the order, you will have to follow our return procedure. A restocking fee of 15% may also be assessed. Please contact customer service for cancellations.
